“Natural cooking is based on the principles of macrobiotic nutrition. Nevertheless, it is more varied and tastier. Following the principles of Yin and Yang, as well as the seasonal and biodynamic quality of food, natural cooking can be adapted to vegan standards, not for ethical as much as for nutritional reasons. You will learn how to cook with whole cereals and wheat, without using dairy products, eggs and beet sugar. I will also teach you how to produce homemade tofu, seitan, vegetable milk and bread made with starter, and how to cook with seaweed. It is unbelievable how you can eat tasty, healthy and light food.”
